Who We Are

The Hartselle Youth Wrestling organization, located in Hartselle, Alabama is an all-volunteer youth wrestling organization dedicated to introducing local Kindergarten through 8th Grade students to the sport of wrestling. The focus of our program is to build self-discipline, sportsmanship, self-confidence and physical fitness. We proudly participate in the Southern Youth Wrestling Organization (SYWO).

This site was created to provide the wrestlers, coaches and parents with information pertaining to Hartselle Youth Wrestling. You will find practice and tournament schedules, location directions, team information announcements and team results. In addition, we've included links to other wrestling sites with information on tournaments and wrestling gear. Currently, practice takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Sittason Athletic Center at Hartselle High School. If you are a parent and are interested in your child participating in youth wrestling in the future, we invite you to stop in and observe practice and see what we're all about!
